Kevin S. Neiman is special counsel to Glade Voogt Lord & Smith. Kevin practiced bankruptcy and insolvency law in Florida from 1996 through 2005 at national law firms, including New-York based Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and Miami-based Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP. In 2005, Kevin moved to Denver and joined a boutique business and bankruptcy firm. There, he successfully represented the firm’s clients in areas of the law such as bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and appeals for approximately 10 years.  Since then, he has worked with our firm, continuing his practice.

Kevin specializes in practice areas arising out of distressed situations such as personal or business financial problems, and commercial disputes, often of a sophisticated nature. He represents entities and individuals in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidations; work-outs and orderly wind-downs outside of the court system; bankruptcy and commercial litigation in state and federal court; appeals of bankruptcy matters; assignments for the benefit of creditors; and other areas such as asset planning, judgment collection and dispute resolution.
