Phillip K. Larson is special counsel to Glade Voogt Lord & Smith. Phil’s practice focuses on acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, brokerage and title matters in commercial real estate transactions. Phil represents a number of homebuilding clients on all aspects of their business, including property acquisitions, development, seller contracts, warranty documentation and dispute resolution. In addition, Phil’s practice includes substantial corporate and business representation on behalf of a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses, including the purchase and sale of businesses. Phil has represented numerous title companies on underwriting and compliance issues and also has significant expertise in construction law, including construction contracts, engineering contracts and subcontractor agreements.

Phil previously worked as an associate attorney for law firms in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., and as an associate and later partner for a mid-sized Denver law firm from 1996 until 2005. Phil formed Larson Bushell LLC with his law partner Michael Bushell in 2005 and has been special counsel to Glade Voogt Lord & Smith from that time.

Phil previously owned a title company, currently owns a real estate brokerage company and is an active real estate investor. Phil’s clients benefit from his real world business experience and entrepreneurial spirit.

Phil enjoys spending time with his family and being outside in the beautiful Colorado mountains while biking, hiking, camping and skiing.
