Jonathan Drucker is a senior associate at Glade Voogt Lopez Smith P.C. His practice focuses on business law, complex civil litigation, employment law, internal investigations, federal and state regulatory matters, securities fraud claims, and personal injury matters. He is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer in federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals. Jonathan is also experienced and effective in representing clients in mediation and negotiation.

Before joining the firm, Jonathan was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois and the Western District of Louisiana, where he prosecuted violent crimes, narcotics trafficking, and white-collar criminal offenses. Jonathan started his career with a large Wall Street law firm, handling complex civil litigation. Jonathan also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel R. Domínguez of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and interned for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Jonathan’s clients have included companies, boards of directors and executives in criminal and civil enforcement matters. He has advised companies and independent directors in connection with sensitive internal investigations.

His business law practice includes corporate, limited liability company and partnership law, purchase and sale of businesses, business entity selection and formation, financing arrangements, contracts, commercial transactions, and business succession planning.

In the field of construction law, Jonathan represents project owners, design professionals, contractors, design-builders, and subcontractors in the drafting and negotiation of design and construction-related contracts and the resolution of design and construction-related disputes.

Jonathan has extensive experience working with employers of all sizes and across a wide array of industries in employment law matters, including employment discrimination claims.
